   The regulation defines precise test procedures to ensure compliance. These tests include assessments of accuracy, durability, and resistance to tampering. Manufacturers are required to carry out these tests to demonstrate that their vehicles meet the necessary standards. The tests simulate real-world conditions to verify that speed limitation devices function correctly under actual operating scenarios.
   

4. Maintenance and Inspection:
   Regular maintenance and inspection of speed limitation devices are required to ensure their continued effectiveness. The regulation provides guidelines for periodic checks and servicing to prevent malfunction or tampering over the vehicle’s operational lifetime.
